  • If you have a certain goal with a deadline (such as a race, sports season, wedding, or other activity), then these sessions can be a terrific approach.

  • And you can use these workouts as the next step beyond physical therapy to rehabilitate, gain strength, and improve conditioning in a therapeutic way.
