The Foundations program consists of 3 small group 60-minute, personalized introductory sessions with a Tectonic Strength & Conditioning coach. (Required for beginners to enter Strength and Conditioning group classes)

Build a foundation of strong acceleration, sustained speed, and rapid agility for application in athletic sports.

Tectonic Teens Class
Where teens discover what they’re capable of, push themselves to work harder and strive for something greater.

FYR Tectonic Scholarship
Students are nominated by a community member or self-selected, application required. Upon acceptance, student can start attending Teen Classes.
