You will find that many of us have evolved from seeing fitness in a simple way (losing weight and/or “getting jacked”), to a many-sided way, including functional ability, mental health, energy management, and whole food nutrition.
Within this paradigm of practical, functional fitness, training must be intentionally crafted with relevant methods (mindful of volume, loading, training density, intensity, and type of workout exposure).
The answer to growth is most often not more reps, more workouts, more weight, or more protein.
When you use Tectonic programming under a qualified coach, you will find it nuanced and specific to functional growth.
You will attain great functional fitness through sufficiently challenging, varying stimulus that is not so demanding that it leads to burnout and injury.

Tectonic utilized the app “SugarWOD” for our members.
Members can view the workouts a week ahead of time, and can track all their scores, lifts and keep valuable notes. It is also a great way to connect with other members and encourage them on their fitness journey. Here is a sample week.
