  • I have been an avid CrossFitter for ten years now. I love the sport, the community and the challenge, but my aging body has some aches and pains that does not allow me to push like I used to. The Tectonic coaches are AMAZING at helping me to find scaling options that keeps my physical health a priority, while still managing to keep me engaged in the competitive experience. They are intentional, commutative and service centered. I love it here.

  • Tectonic is an awesome gym! The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable of fitness and taking care of your body. They will help you understand where you are currently in regard to fitness and then work with you to set a goal and then reach that goal. The programming is well thought out and every workout cycle is built to help you see progression and improvement. Everyone who works out here is super friendly, supportive, and will push you to give your best. Whether you are new to fitness or have been in the game for a while, Tectonic is the gym that will get you where you want to be!

  • Tectonic is a great gym. The coaches are amazing and the programming is attainable, intentional and effective. I’ve been a member for three years and have seen steady growth in my fitness and overall health. I am not, nor will I ever be the strongest or fastest at the gym but I have never left a workout feeling weak! Every time I visit, I am encouraged and pushed to succeed at a level that is safe and appropriate for me. I highly recommend dropping in and giving Tectonic Strength and Conditioning a try.

  • This is an awesome gym. I actually would describe it more as an institution of fitness led by really knowledgeable coaches who have studied and worked on their craft for years. Every session is literally like a class in graduate school. They make sure you learn proper form first and foremost and continue to remind us we are in different fitness journeys. This is a very positive community! I love coming to this place! I actually feel that when I dont get my workout on with them it significantly affects my daily routine and i feel really sad. I work almost 15 hours by the way and this is the best part of my day.

  • Tectonic has a supportive, friendly atmosphere with excellent coaching! There are many options for a variety of fitness goals/levels and coaches are great at tailoring programming to each athlete as needed. Every minute of class time is programmed for you, from the warm up to the cool down, and all components of class are intentionally aligned to work together. Newcomers are always warmly welcomed by coaches and athletes alike. Tectonic is a great place to help you reach your fitness goals!

  • Working out at Tectonic is regularly the highlight of my day! The programming is well designed and very intentional, and I feel like I'm always making progress in my strength, technique and overall fitness. The coaches are all very caring, provide great feedback, and offer appropriate modifications/scaling for individual athletes. Something I really value about Tectonic is the absence of a "30 day fat loss challenge" type atmosphere, just "steady progress, seismic gains." Folks tend to stick around a long time, and the community is very supportive and encouraging.
