Learn Movement Fundamentals

You’ll make safer, more effective progress with good form.

Foundations helps you start your new workout habit on the right foot.

While you won’t master all the movements perfectly right away, you will establish a strong base to work from.


Structure

Five 1-hour personalized sessions with a Tectonic coach to:

  1. Learn Fundamental Movements
    20+ movement patterns you will use in your workouts.

  2. Introduce Your New Workout Approach
    You will learn how your regular classes are set up and how to think about the hour.

  3. See Where You’re At
    You and your coach will get a better sense of your range of motion, body awareness, and capacities in strength and cardio.

  4. Review Tectonic Operations
    Learn how to look up Tectonic programming, log your workouts, and connect with the community.


PRICING

The recurring Foundations classes are marked on the calendar. If those class times don’t work for you, just let us know and we’ll work with your schedule.
