Tectonic is dedicated to providing you with an effective coaching team. If you join Tectonic, you will benefit from qualified, educated coaches who are experts in their fields.
Programming:
Tectonic crafts your workouts in-house to give you a path to a stronger YOU, with plenty of stamina for the challenges and activities of life. This means you get a different, professionally designed training stimulus each day.
Community:
We believe you’ll get better results with a community of people striving for their own fitness goals.
Everyone in your class will be doing the same workout (scaled to each athlete’s fitness and capability).
You’ll also be joining culture with a mindset for long-term progress instead of immediate gratification.
