Your Coaching Team
On the surface, training is about improving movement and correcting dysfunctional position, increasing unbroken gymnastics rep maxes, cutting seconds off personal best times and hitting max lifts; but when all the noise dies down and the ruckus is over, facilitative coaching entails cultivating each athlete’s knowledge of self.
Understanding how our athletes operate and execute highly-challenging tasks under the rigorous demands of evaluation, competition, and occasional setbacks is critical to our efficacy.
Our devotion as coaches lies in the craft of eliciting optimal performance from our athletes throughout the course of their training trajectory while they constantly acquire new skills, develop greater body awareness, wade through periods of training frustration, accomplish things they previously thought impossible, and calibrate their compasses to stay on the path to achieving their target goals.
Every session is a single step into a broader macro training vision, and athletes grasping this context is what makes our approach successful.
Just like our athletes, we come ready to put in work —humbled and inspired that there is always more work to do to help our athletes become fitter.
